Terms and Conditions

The rules that apply when you use Reachly.

Effective 24 July 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reachly mobile applications, website, and related features (together, “Reachly”). By downloading, accessing, or using Reachly, you agree to these Terms and the rules of the app store through which you obtained the app. If you do not agree, do not use Reachly.

If you use Reachly for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. What Reachly does

Reachly is an independent developer analytics and visualization tool. It imports eligible RevenueCat information, creates privacy-minimized country summaries, and presents them as maps, passport stamps, achievements, widgets, financial context, and shareable media.

Reachly is not RevenueCat and is not affiliated with or endorsed by RevenueCat. RevenueCat remains the source of RevenueCat data. Apple, Google, app stores, and other providers remain the source of their respective services and records.

3. Eligibility and authority

You may use Reachly only if you can legally form a binding agreement in your location. You must have permission to access every RevenueCat account, project, app, CSV file, image, and other item you connect or import. You may not use credentials or data belonging to another person or organization without authorization.

4. Credentials and third-party accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your device, RevenueCat credentials, Apple or Google account, and any connected services. Use narrowly scoped, read-only credentials where Reachly offers that option. Notify the relevant provider and remove the credential if you believe it has been compromised.

Your use of RevenueCat, Apple, Google, GrowthCat, sponsor websites, and other third-party services is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. Reachly does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.

5. Limited license

Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Reachly for its intended purpose. Reachly and its original software, design, trademarks, and content remain owned by their respective owners. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here or required by applicable app-store terms or law.

For an app obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies except where a valid custom agreement controls.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of names, images, CSV files, imported business data, and media you create. You give Reachly a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide features you request, such as local aggregation, optional private sync or backup, widget display, and export.

You are responsible for confirming that anything you share is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for its audience. Do not share confidential metrics, personal information, trademarks, or copyrighted material unless you have permission.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • access or attempt to access RevenueCat data without authorization;
  • use Reachly in violation of law, regulation, contract, or another person’s rights;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with the app, its security, providers, sponsors, or other users;
  • introduce malware or use automated means to abuse a service;
  • reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute Reachly except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • manipulate achievements, leaderboards, sponsor measurements, purchases, or verification systems; or
  • misrepresent Reachly output as verified financial, legal, tax, or location information.

8. Analytics and country interpretation

Reachly’s country, subscription, revenue, and MRR views are informational. They may be delayed, cached, incomplete, rounded, filtered, or affected by the availability and quality of source data. “Country” means transaction or store country; it does not establish nationality, residence, precise location, or live location.

Reachly is not a replacement for source records and does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or business advice. Verify important decisions against RevenueCat, app-store reports, and qualified advisers.

9. Optional purchases

Tips are optional consumable in-app purchases and do not unlock product features. The applicable app store processes payment, taxes, billing, and refund requests under its rules. Prices and availability may vary by country and store. Reachly does not receive full payment-card details.

10. Sponsors and external links

Reachly may display clearly identified sponsor content or sponsored challenges. A sponsor does not control Reachly’s analytics results. Selecting sponsor content or another external link may open a third-party website. You use third-party sites at your own discretion, and their terms and privacy practices apply.

11. Availability, updates, and termination

Reachly and any feature may be changed, updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Features may depend on network access, supported operating systems, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, GrowthCat, cloud services, or other systems outside Reachly’s control.

You may stop using Reachly at any time. Reachly may suspend access to a feature where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, provider requirements, or law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reachly is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. No warranty is made that Reachly will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, compatible, or fit for a particular purpose, or that data will never be lost.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In that case, the exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted and do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reachly’s operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss; lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity; loss or corruption of data; unauthorized account access; third-party conduct; or decisions made using Reachly.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections. Where a monetary cap is required and legally permitted, aggregate liability arising from Reachly will not exceed the amount you paid directly for Reachly during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to Reachly’s operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer law in your place of residence continues to apply where required. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

15. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated for product, provider, security, business, or legal changes. The effective date will be revised, and material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing where appropriate. Continuing to use Reachly after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

16. General

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without consent; Reachly’s operator may transfer them as part of a lawful reorganization, sale, or transfer of the app. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable app-store terms form the agreement concerning your use of Reachly.

17. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact @marcelojose_dev on X or use the support contact shown on Reachly’s App Store or Google Play listing. Do not send RevenueCat API keys, customer identifiers, or other sensitive information.
