Privacy Policy

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to the Reachly mobile applications and the website at getreachlyapp.com. In this policy, “Reachly,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the independent operator of Reachly. RevenueCat is a separate company, and Reachly is not affiliated with or endorsed by RevenueCat.

2. Information Reachly handles

Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, Reachly may handle:

• a passport display name or studio name;
• RevenueCat OAuth credentials or read-only V2 API keys;
• CSV files you intentionally select for import;
• app artwork you select from your device;
• sharing, notification, accessibility, sync, and app preferences; and
• feedback text and related technical context when you choose to submit feedback on iOS.

Information requested from RevenueCat

When you connect a RevenueCat project, Reachly uses your authorization to request read-only project, app, product, customer, subscription, and country-segmented chart information. This may include RevenueCat service identifiers, product and app identifiers, subscription status and dates, transaction or store country, and country-level revenue or MRR values.

Customer and subscription responses are processed to create pseudonymous fingerprints, aggregate counts, country stamps, dates, achievements, and financial summaries. Reachly does not need customer names, email addresses, nationality, precise location, or live location to provide its passport features. A country shown by Reachly means a transaction or store country and must not be interpreted as a person’s nationality or current location.

Automatically handled technical information

Network providers necessarily receive information such as an IP address, request time, and basic connection details when the app requests RevenueCat data, sponsor content, feedback services, purchases, cloud services, or linked websites. Firebase Analytics also receives an anonymous app-instance identifier and technical usage information such as app launches, sessions, device and operating-system details, approximate region, and the names of screens viewed. Reachly does not request Apple’s advertising identifier, Android Advertising ID, or permission to access device location.

3. Why information is used

Reachly handles information to:

• authenticate requests you ask it to make to RevenueCat;
• import, filter, aggregate, display, refresh, and cache your developer analytics;
• create maps, passport stamps, achievements, widgets, and shareable media;
• sync or back up information when you enable or permit a platform backup feature;
• operate optional leaderboards, purchases, sponsor content, and feedback;
• understand aggregate app usage and which screens are viewed;
• protect the app, diagnose errors, and comply with legal obligations; and
• respond when you contact support.

4. Storage and security

On your device

RevenueCat credentials are stored using Apple Keychain on iOS or encryption backed by Android Keystore on Android. Passport records, hashed subscription fingerprints, import progress, chart caches, preferences, and selected artwork are stored in the app’s private storage. Raw RevenueCat API responses are processed in memory and are not intentionally retained as a separate customer database.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device, Apple or Google account, and RevenueCat credentials.

Optional iCloud sync on Apple platforms

When private iCloud sync is enabled, passport summaries, app and project details, achievements, customizations, and sync state may be stored in your private iCloud database and made available to devices signed in to your Apple account. RevenueCat credentials and raw API responses are not placed in Reachly’s private iCloud passport. Apple operates iCloud under its own terms and privacy policy.

Android backup and device transfer

When Android backup is enabled and the device supports encrypted backup, privacy-minimized passport information, preferences, and selected artwork may be included in your private backup or device transfer. RevenueCat credentials and import checkpoints are excluded from the backup configuration. Google and your device manufacturer may provide and control these services.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Reachly does not sell personal information. Information is disclosed only as needed for features you choose, platform operation, security, or law:

• RevenueCat API: receives authenticated requests for the developer data you ask Reachly to import. RevenueCat’s handling of data in its service is governed by the agreement between you and RevenueCat.
• Apple: may process private iCloud records, Game Center achievements and scores, App Store purchases, saved Photos items, and platform diagnostics according to your Apple settings.
• Google: provides Firebase Analytics for anonymous app-usage and screen-view reports and may also process Android backups, Play Games achievements and scores, and Google Play purchases according to your Google settings. Reachly does not send passport contents, RevenueCat credentials or customer identifiers, developer names, or advertising identifiers to Firebase.
• RevenueCat Purchases on iOS: helps display and complete optional tips and may receive app, device, and purchase-related transaction information required for that purpose. Reachly does not receive full payment-card details.
• GrowthCat on iOS: provides sponsor content, aggregate impression and tap measurement, sponsor booking links, and optional feedback tools. GrowthCat is not included in the Android build.
• Sponsor and linked sites: receive a normal web request when you choose to open their external link. Their own privacy policies apply.
• Authorities or transaction parties: information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the app, subject to applicable safeguards.

6. Sharing and exported media

Images and videos generated by Reachly are created on your device. They leave Reachly only when you choose a destination in the system share sheet or save them to a platform library. You control whether a share includes the passport name, app names, artwork, country names, subscription counts, or sponsor attribution. The destination you select governs the exported file after sharing.

7. Retention

Local passport information remains until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall Reachly. Private iCloud or encrypted Android backup copies remain subject to your Apple or Google account settings. Temporary country chart caches are intended to expire after six hours and may be purged earlier by the operating system. Analytics, support, purchase, sponsor, Game Center, Play Games, and provider records are retained under the relevant provider’s policy and applicable law.

8. Your choices and rights

From Reachly’s settings and your device settings, you can:

• disconnect RevenueCat and remove saved credentials;
• delete imported data or all local and private-iCloud passport data on iOS;
• delete imported or local passport data on Android;
• disable iCloud sync or manage Android backup;
• change sharing and notification preferences;
• avoid Game Center, Play Games, tips, sponsors, feedback, and sharing; and
• clear app storage or uninstall the app.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information controlled by Reachly. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. For information held by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another provider, contact that provider directly.

9. Website privacy

The public Reachly website does not intentionally set advertising or first-party analytics cookies. Like most websites, its hosting and network providers may process IP address, browser, device, request, and security-log information to deliver and protect the site. External links are governed by the destination’s privacy policy.

10. Children

Reachly is a developer analytics product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly use the app to collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Reachly.

11. International processing

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, GrowthCat, website infrastructure, and linked services may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies describe their transfer mechanisms and locations. Reachly’s primary subscription processing remains on your device unless a feature described above sends information to a provider.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Reachly’s features, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing where appropriate.
